Job Usage Entry
Enter actual product used from the crew/job form. This deducts stock from the Warehouse pool. Liquids are saved as 50/50 A/B rows. Mender is tracked here but not forecasted from square footage.
Actual Product Used
Select the flake color, enter total gallons used, and the page will split A/B correctly. Mixed-base colors split basecoat 50% grey and 50% tan, then split each base 50/50 A/B.
Warehouse pool
Job usage deducts from the single Warehouse pool. Trailer 1 and Trailer 2 are count areas only.
Leave blank if no basecoat used or if you only want to log clear/mender/flake.
Mender saves 50/50 A/B but is not forecasted from sq ft.
Usage rows preview
Choose a flake color and enter product used. The saved rows will appear here before submitting.

Receive New Stock
Enter buckets or gallons for liquids. Enter boxes for flake. Received stock is added to the Warehouse pool.
Warehouse pool
All received stock is added to the Warehouse pool.
Weekly Inventory Count
Physical counts can still be entered by Trailer 1, Trailer 2, or Warehouse as count areas. The totals are combined into one Warehouse inventory pool.
This is only where the count was taken. All stock is treated as one Warehouse pool.
