Pending Orders
Track product that is ordered but not physically received yet. Pending orders do not increase real stock until you receive the product through Receive Stock.
Add Pending Order
Use this to track what is already ordered. Open and Partially Received orders are shown in the Jobber Forecast shortage table as incoming/on-order product. Simple route: when product arrives, receive it through Receive Stock and mark this pending order Received in the Google Sheet.
Liquids are saved as gallons. Flake is saved as boxes.
Open Pending Orders
Pending_OrdersLoad pending orders after the backend update is deployed.
Variance Log
Append-only audit trail from Full Warehouse Pool Counts. Shows what the system expected, what was physically counted, and the difference before the full count override was applied.
Full Count Variance Records
Inventory_Variance_LogLoad variance records after the backend v28 update is deployed.
Jobber Forecast
Forecast-only material planning from Jobber. This does not deduct inventory. It compares upcoming Jobber work against current Warehouse Pool stock, then shows whether shortages are already covered by open pending orders. It still does not deduct inventory.

Job Usage Entry
Enter actual product used from the crew/job form. This deducts stock from the Warehouse pool. Clear and Mender are saved as equal A/B rows. Mender is tracked here but not forecasted from square footage.
Actual Product Used
Select the flake color, enter the amount used, and choose gallons or quarts for liquids. The system converts liquids to gallons before deducting stock. Basecoat deducts 2 parts A to 1 part Base B. Mixed-base colors split the A-side evenly between Grey A and Tan A.
Warehouse pool
Job usage deducts from the single Warehouse pool. Trailer 1 and Trailer 2 are count areas only.
Base is mixed 2 parts A to 1 part Base B. Mixed base splits the A-side between Grey A and Tan A.
Basecoat
Enter total mixed basecoat used. The dashboard/backend handles the product split.
Leave blank if no basecoat used. Basecoat saves as gallons using 2 parts A / 1 part Base B.
ATC Clear
Enter total mixed clear used. It deducts ATC Clear A and ATC Clear B equally.
Example: 2 quarts saves as 0.5 gallons total, then splits A/B.
Mender Repair Material
Enter total mixed Mender used only when repair/patch/skim-coat work used Mender.
Mender is always two equal parts: 50% Mender A and 50% Mender B. Enter the total mixed amount only.
Mender saves 50/50 A/B in gallons but is not forecasted from sq ft.
Flake
Enter boxes used for the selected flake color.

Weekly Inventory Count
Physical counts can be entered by Trailer 1, Trailer 2, or Warehouse count area. Use Full Warehouse Pool Count when the number is the full real-world total for that product and should override area counts for that product/date.
Trailer 1 / Trailer 2 / Warehouse are count areas. Full Warehouse Pool Count means the number you enter is the full total for that product and overrides area counts for that product/date.
